Course Content
To do the whole CPD-Accredited Programme you need to complete all three online courses + spend time in our unique LIVE online Action Learning Lab where you’ll reflect on what you’ve learned + undertake an end of programme assessment to showcase how you’ve applied this learning in your work. Completion of the whole CPD-Accredited programme will earn you 18 CPD hours and the Leaders Who Listen™ Certificate.

These have ranged from blue chip across many industries and sectors to small and medium niche specialists; from governments and military to international academic institutions in the UK and in 36 countries on five continents. For each one, delivering highly effective customised consultancy solutions leading to real results that make a difference.
Józefa has trained, facilitated, lectured, coached and mentored team leaders and managers. She’s designed in-person masterclasses, produced executive education and corporate university conferences, trained team leaders and delivered management workshops.
