Why this course is so important for you, right now!

The Adaptive Leader helps teams adapt, survive, and thrive in challenging environments; whilst the Servant Leader supports and enriches the working lives of those in their remote and virtual teams. Then there’s the Intergenerational Leader who knows how to have meaningful engagement with their team, especially those across different generations – recognising the need for intergenerational diversity, partnership opportunities, and collaboration.

This “Leaders Who Listen” course is a blend of all three concepts. It covers important learning for those who want to improve workforce engagement whilst recovering, resetting and rebuilding business performance. There are huge challenges leading a team, large or small, in the office or working from home. You might think that team leadership doesn't change, however, the pandemic has taught us to think about how to do things differently, and definitely NOT in the same way as we did them before. In addition to this, there's been a huge leap in the digital transformation space, the WFH space, and the wellbeing space.

Let's NOT go back to normal, and instead create and build a 'better normal' workspace for future sustainability.

Testimonials

Assema Mukazhanova

MANAGER, OIL & GAS, KAZENERGY, KAZAKHSTAN

I first met Józefa Fawcett, when she visited Nur-Sultan to deliver a management development programme for a diverse group of managers from Kazenergy. Her style of training delivery was excellent, and was able to adapt the content to better fit our cultural requirements. She did all of her training with us in English with consecutive translation from an interpreter who conveyed the same in Russian. The whole group very much enjoyed the training and took her out for a cultural evening visiting Bayterek and also an authentic dinner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Józefa to do further work with us.

Józefa designed for us an open learning workbook as part of a workplace learning project. The learning material was used to deliver customer care training to shift workers which would improve their communication skills. Józefa has an eye for detail, superb publishing skills and is expert at writing learning resources that empower adult learners to reflect upon their learning.
